Shipping Policy

We will close orders at 5pm every day, orders placed after this time will be rolled over to the following day.

After placing your order, please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed.

Orders placed on weekends will not be processed until Monday or Tuesday depending on backlog.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information immediately. Sometimes it takes a few days for the courier to update the tracking information.

DELIVERY TIME

The estimated delivery time is approximately 7-15 days, we strive to get your order to you as soon as possible, however in some cases there may be delays due to external factors beyond our control (e.g. weather, courier delays, weekends, holidays, etc.).

SHIPPING SERVICES

We work with local post offices and USPS to ensure your package gets to you safely and quickly.

SHIPPING COSTS

We charge a standard shipping fee of $6.99 per order.

Note: Currently our store only offers standard shipping, if you need expedited shipping, please contact us for assistance and pay a separate shipping fee.

DELIVERY FAILED

In the event of a failed delivery, we understand the inconvenience this may cause. We strive to make the process as smooth as possible for you. Here’s what you need to know:

Attempting to redeliver: In some cases, we may coordinate with local courier services to attempt to redeliver your package.

Please note that if a failed delivery is due to circumstances beyond your control (such as incorrect delivery address, not being present to receive the package, etc.), there may be an additional redelivery fee. We are NOT responsible if you enter an incorrect delivery address.

Customer Responsibilities: To avoid failed deliveries, please ensure your delivery information is accurate and up to date. Also, try to be present on the scheduled delivery date or arrange for someone else to receive the package on your behalf.
