STANDARD SHIPPING

Order Cut-Off Time:

We accept and process orders from 5:00pm (CST) Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 5:00pm or on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.

Order Processing Time:

After your order is accepted, we need 1-3 business days to process and prepare the product. In some cases, if the product is overloaded or temporarily out of stock, the preparation process may take longer. We will notify you immediately if any delays arise.

Shipping Time:

Shipping usually takes about 7-15 business days, excluding holidays and order processing time. However, in some objective cases such as bad weather, natural disasters, local procedures, or postal problems, orders may be delayed. If there are any problems during the shipping process, please be patient and wait a few more days. We always try to deliver as quickly as possible.

DURING THE SHIPPING PROCESS

Once your order has been dispatched and transferred to the carrier, we will send you an email notification with shipping information and a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your order online.

We recommend that you regularly update the shipping status to ensure you receive your order on time. If there are any problems during the delivery process, please contact Customer Support for timely assistance.

SHIPPING COSTS

Standard shipping is $6.99 per order, regardless of size or weight.
